Lineal's dedication to improving customer experience demonstrated by focus on the cloud
Dallas, TX - March 21, 2023 - Lineal, a legal data services organization leveraging AI and expertise to solve industry problems, announced they are elevating their AI-powered data solution tools by creating their own SaaS platform, Lineal Cloud, deployable globally through RelativityOne or Relativity Server.
Lineal Cloud drives consistency and scale in reviewing data, enabling clients around the world to easily deploy Lineal's award-winning suite of AI-powered applications, Amplify, to their RelativityOne or Relativity Server workspaces. Lineal clients will be able to leverage Amplify to better review and analyze chat and collaborative data, images, automate privilege reviews, and build and automate consistent workflows, regardless of where their data is stored.
"Our mission is to advance the practice of discovery and investigations by solving persistent pain points with practical and easy to use technology," affirmed Major Baisden, CEO of Lineal. "The release of Lineal Cloud is a huge step in making these solutions more accessible to the community we love."
In addition to launching Lineal Cloud, Lineal now offers RelativityOne to its customers. With the secure and powerful RelativityOne product, Lineal will be able to further leverage its e-discovery expertise to provide more value and better results for its clients. RelativityOne holds ISO 27001, SOC-2 Type II, HIPAA, and FedRAMP certifications, and is secure from the ground up with proactive threat intelligence and 24/7 monitoring. Additionally, moving to the cloud gives Lineal the added scalability needed in today's data-centric society and allows them to build expertise and IP on top of one connected, global solution. RelativityOne also gives Lineal users the flexibility to pick and choose solutions that best suits their unique workflows across different stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model - and solve data challenges outside of e-discovery.
"We are thrilled to deepen our partnership with Relativity. The release of Lineal Cloud, our new SaaS solution, is a significant step in aligning our partnership and bringing our AI-powered data solutions to more clients around the world," said Kit Mackie, CTO of Lineal. "We're excited to leverage the flexibility and scalability of RelativityOne to further enhance our suite of AI tools and provide even greater value and better results for our clients."
"Lineal has been a dedicated Relativity partner for 10 years and we are excited to see them simultaneously move to the cloud and build an AI-powered tool for their customers leveraging Relativity's platform," said Phil Saunders, CEO at Relativity. "Throughout this process, Lineal and Relativity have also started collaborating on ways to reduce the friction for customers looking to extend RelativityOne with Lineal's apps. We look forward to our ongoing partnership and the many ways Lineal will continue to innovate with RelativityOne."
Lineal is participating in Legalweek 2023, taking place March 20-23. Legalweek brings legal professionals together to gain the insights to tackle the changing legal landscape and learn actionable insights that will help legal leaders restructure, rebuild and reinvigorate today's law firms and legal departments.
